This is Virginia only I’m talking about here. I’m sure there are other states that might be the same. But also, others will probably be different. But as I attempt to get my contractor’s license AFTER PRISON. It definitely doesn’t seem to be an easy thing to do. Hope you enjoy.

  7. what about an expungement or a governors pardon? i was told for years in south carolina that my charges couldnt be expunged. quit taking my lawyers advice and talked the solicitor and many others sent letters to the governor himself. my record now is clear even distribution of controls substance and lots more. cost me $325. give it a shot Joe.

  15. Hey Joe first I want to say congrats on passing your tests I know what you mean when it comes to getting any kind of license. I'm a convicted felon my self. Been to prison twice last time I got the double whammy but I turned my life around but no matter how hard we work to be come better people there is always some one there to make it hard on us.i hope to one day.tell you my story.   16. Its time to get right with Jesus. nobody is automatically gonna go to heaven at the end of it, we all have lied or stolen or had sex before marriage and the punishment is hell. Jesus died so you can get a clean slate and forgiveness of future sins if you repent of them if you commit them, so you receive the gift of forgiveness by following him. When you start you have to stop sinning, and follow his word and obey it. That’s following the Lord Jesus. Read the Bible and find wisdom!!!!

  20. Congratulations! Why not setup your green screen where you do the BOBO? Put the screen up and take it down as needed? Or don't use the screen all together. You didn't have a screen for a while after APS started.

  25. Joe, I can see the robbery charge biting you. Contractors are in people’s and businesses which could be too tempting. Also consider using the content on your channel as evidence of being rehabilitated. The videos of you getting people into a drug program. The videos of giving people work. Your channel shows our experience in the construction field. Being someone with a disability has given me confidence and experience for advocating for myself. Keep your head up. Either way no matter what the final decision is everything will be alright. Think of this like the sally port, when one door closes another will open. Lol I wish you the best.

  26. You don't have to do none of that in Jersey anybody can get a contractor's license you just have to have a clean record and pay a fee for the license and have the right insurances
