He needs oxygen immediately he should have one on now. Even though he has no pulse they are saying he still needs that oxygen when they defib him. wait a minute I just saw this guy's chest rise and fall rise and fall & he moved his head so he was breathing what are they doing. The EMT even said he had a pulse Where does he come off saying possible electrocution? Now they are saying he doesn't have a pulse. I don

"Shocked" not electrocuted. That means you die. Honestly though, unsure of the use of the term if you initially die and are brought back. I guess you could consider that electrocuted

Just a little pro tip for anyone who might find themselves in a situation where you need to figure out the length of time something has been happening with a language barrier. Touch at your wrist with your index finger as if asking for the time. Almost everyone will know you are indicating "time?" by tapping your wrist and most people will use their fingers to show time if a language barrier has been established. As soon as the headshake response to "habla ingles" emergency responders should maybe automatically use gestures. I know it was a super small part of the video but length of time can be pretty important. I'd also be gesturing at my eyes to ask if they had seen what happened.
This was me and yes the men that saved me were Brazilian. They had nothing to do with the electricity – they were drywallers. They did CPR for about 7 minutes and the cop did CPR for another 8 minutes. They all saved my life.
The people in the back (the MEXICANS as you all say) are speaking Portuguese. They are either Brazilian or Portuguese (from Portugal).

That’s what happened! Wow. I’ve never seen this and I didn’t expect it. One of the cops are my dad, I meant the family I few days later to have dinner with them and they thank my dad for saving him. I’m glad I meant them because their really nice 🙂

The true hero’s deserved some sort of recognition at least.
