13. This judge should be removed. His actions could have been grounds for appeal. Guilty people get out all the time because our public officials don't do there jobs correctly and according to law

22. This whole exchange made no sense at all. If I had to guess I'd say the defendant said something snotty that was edited out before the judge asked if he graduated high school. That question makes zero sense as a reply to this dude saying he doesn't want to make a statement

23. Dude knew he was going down the road, but was wise enough to see that the judge was weak and baited him. Your honor should of been honorable and taken the high road. Giving a man a 120 years is enough, he let his emotions get in there when he started talking down to him. Very immature. The judge was likely biased from the get, and probably belittled him from the start. I mean it's kind of obvious that he is guilty, but the judge can't act that way.

Its obvious this Hastings guy is a loose cannon we would rather not have running in normal society , BUT He didnt seem to do anything to fire the judge up ,The judge asked him a question and he answered it, all he said was no ,But by asking him if he finished high school it seemed the judge was trying to belittle him ,and not everyone that doesnt finish high school goes around shooting Cops ,Theres got to be more to this that happened that we didnt see or the judge was trying to get a reason to showboat and release anger on someone .
