  1. Uhhhhhhhhh do these people actually think blood and saliva tests are the same? Blood tests are over 70% more accurate. Saliva paternity tests has such a horribly LOW accuracy rating. Like….. Is this judge a moron?

  2. Judge definitely was being rude to this guy for no reason, maybe he had a crush on the girl or something, maybe instead of watching so much CSI he should learn how to be more professional. Besides, if this man wanted a blood test they should have given it to him, if the a blood test will yield the same result as a saliva test and both are just as effective I don't understand why it can't be an option.

  4. The judge was like this isn't the soviet union, this is the united states of america…. LMAO 🤣😆…

  5. Yeah it wasn't contempt of court and I would have as the judge granted the request for a blood test simply because it would return the same result and put the fathers mind at ease. The law is on his side

  6. Reprimanding a judge is a huge thing, higher courts rarely want to do it I think the Russian fella got the better end of the deal 2 days in jail. Even though the judge didn't allow the translator to translate his instructions before issuing the contempt order.

  7. The judge's response was over-the-top and unnecessary. You don't throw somebody in court for 2 days for arguing, especially if they're not able to speak the local language.

  8. It's in the child's best interest to allow him to do blood testing at his own expense. He will never believe that's his child.

  9. He should go back there then. Like you aren’t there bro. You’re here. I tell Americans the same thing. Hate it? Leave.

  10. Bad of Judge to mock the Russian man.. first to tell him that US are better than the Sovjet and then to make fun of him.. … . . .
