  1. I can see that fooled people for real.
But his behavior while the family is talking to him shows clear guilt.
And it's easy to cry when you think you're going to prison for a very long time.
The fact that he opens with "my mama has cancer", and ponctuates his speech with pretending not to care about prison time, but only about the truth doesn't help.

  2. Same type of thing happened to……… Someone I know and it is sad how friends and family of the deceased will blame even though they where not there and have no idea, and could care less what the real truth is. Wouldn't matter what he has to say or what proof could come to light, that family would never believe him. I'm not saying he's innocent, or guilty, but seems there's more to that situation.

  3. I personally met three people that accidentally shot themselves. Two injured, one dead. It happens. I also watch a lot of court videos and you come to learn certain patterns of behavior. I believe this man.

  4. He may very well be telling the truth. But when you're standing on the edge in a court, face tattoos can push you over. Not just ugly – STUPID.

  5. When i did 2 months in Santa Rita jail, i met lot's of guys who all had different stories, but all the same excuse. Didn't do it, girlfriend set me up, i was holding it for a friend.

  6. Man, if only there were such a thing as, like, forensic evidence…like, finger printing the gun or something. Maybe we'll come across a technique like that some day. Too bad we're stuck in the stone age.

  7. No, they won’t. He probably knew her best and like he said, they were both on drugs. But it’s easier for a family to deal when they have someone to blame and I totally get that.
It seem like he was looking for sympathy about his mum, but he also said that he didn’t care about the sentence, I don’t think he was looking to get off, he just wanted the family to understand.
Only he knows the truth. So sad.

  8. Wow..the truth will come out on Judgment Day..one way or another..these people family lost someone they loved..there will be accountability for that😟

  9. it’s very hard to tell when someone is lying but i do feel like his tears are genuine… he didn’t show the tendencies of a liar.
anyways, bless nika may she rest in peace❤️🥺

  10. It does happen – I knew someone who did that in Netherlands in 1983. The poor kid was messing about – he thought he'd emptied the gun. Then he put it to his head – there was s bullet somewhere in it. He luckily didnt die as the bullet went down through his jaw. A guy was arrested until the other said it was him. So exactly this can happen.
