Two (2) thumbs 👍👍 for the commissioner's concern about the patient. Dr. Green's attention should be fully & solely focused on his patient & nothing else. He (Green) needs to get his head cout of his behind & do his job.
Honestly what’s the difference between being on zoom versus talking to your colleagues in the OR. It’s not a silent environment. I am a scrub nurse, we do talk while efficiently performing our responsibilities and being alert. Especially for a procedure like this on a stable pt, I see no problem.

I wonder what the reason he's having a hearing to begin with. It doesn't seem too far fetched that it was from some complaints on his work on his patients. He comes off as too arrogant & clearly reckless with the lives of his patients. They are clearly not made a too priority. Disgusting.

Even if their are multiple doctors & nurses in the room, they’re still required to do their job which is why they are there in the first place. If he couldn’t get the court date postponed than he should have rescheduled the face lift. My question is…why is he on trial? You don’t go to trial for simple charges. ??

I read on the news that the surgeon tried to change the date of his hearing but they didn't allow it so he did this to proof them how stupid they were.
