  1. That guy selling books talks in circles and doesn't know how to precisely convey what he is trying to say. "We bought that pallet for $1,140, did we manage to make it back? The answer is no, we only made 80% of it, around $800." Then shortly after " It wasn't a big deal because if you can remember we bought that pallet for almost nothing, pennies on the dollar. So even only selling 80% was still a huge windfall". Wait, what?
