Ha ha. This is a worthless workout routine; only 3 exercises done for 6 minutes is worthy of being called "The Ultimate Workout"? But in all fairness it does target ALL of the areas of training which apparently are resistance, cardio, and core.
Also, why is this filmed in a community pool?
