  1. When he said it breaks my heart i dont recommend that that was the movement i started going off!!!!!!!!!!!! Being a fat 17 year old good for nothing kid and working his but off in the gym its really inspiring to see the trainer in such need of helping people

  2. its deeper than just the weight …

depression, loneliness, no discipline or sense of urgency, consistency issues ..just a whole lot of baggage for some people food being their only friend ..

these trainers will never understand that

  3. i think the show is great….but i don't like that they show the trainers eating all this bad food….but when it's time to loose the weight there is no focus on what the healthy food is….it's all only abt the work outs….but honestly loosing weight is mostly what you put in your mouth!!! ! 80/20 rule. …i wish they showed what the healthy meals were as well as the working out!!

  4. Great show – very motivating. However, love how I saw pizza commercials during it….exactly the problem that gets us from 'Fit to FAT' in the first place. Nutrition is equally, if not more important to address. The food industry is corrupted – selling us on pre-packaged foods – with even more addictive additives (sugar, salt) than ever before. You can burn fat in your sleep otherwise. (but there's no $$ in selling us carrots and celery)

  5. While the fit get fat try not to depict obese people as pigs. They eat normal food just like everyone else. It's the carbs and sugar in the diet that is causing obesity. I'm losing by low carb and getting rid of sugar in my diet.

  6. Whoa! See alot of people think that trainers don't have the same commitment as the person who is trying to lose weight or get in shape. THIS speaks volumes. Amazing.

  7. It's thoughtful what these trainers want to do, get fat to fit, but of all people these trainers should know that's very unhealthy. A perfectly healthy body is now gonna get poisoned with unhealthy foods, yuck! I would think twice, being unfit to help someone that's unfit? Not a good idea, now if the 2 were unfit to begin with, now it's a different story. Still going to watch it 💪

  8. I think this is good for the mental part but of course the guys that are gaining weight their bodies are totally different they don't store fat they don't have slow metabolism it will be easier for the guy that was in shape that gained weight to lose the weight versus the guy that always have been fat

  9. As an overweight person, I am always going on and off diets. I have always trusted dieticians or fitness instructors who had been there, because they can understand that an apple is not going to do it if you're craving for sweets. But this is not the case, these trainers are devoted to eating healthy. I'm not buying this.
