How are the children not taken by child snatching services?!? Where do the hoarders get the money for all that? People are homeless, yet hoarders squander their homes. Such a waste.

2:04:15 As bad as it sounds for her to say I completely understand what she means here and it’s heartbreaking. With the kids she knows they are safe with their aunt. Those animals are gonna be on their own and many will be euthanized. My heart weeps for her.

I would have called an auction house on all those toys. The difference between a hoarder and a collector is that a collector has respect for their stuff and takes care of it. Some even build display cases for their collections. Some items I saw go by would cost you $80 for the one board game. A few Disney items can fetch over $100 if in good shape. But being just piled round like that will damage even the best stuff. That man has issues and is sooo not a collector.
I was poverty stricken as a child too, being raised by a single mother. I never had things. I love my things I have now, my boxes, and candles, and pictures, decorations, but I will never have so many that I can't live in my home.
The most shocking & disgusting episode is S6, E4 //Shanna. (It's not featured here).
You know what gets me about the woman in Beverly hills is that her s*** is way more important than her own grandchild she is a selfish selfish woman who cares more about her things then she does her own family

Ok, I know everyone’s going to say “it’s a mental health” thing, but let me just say this… remember Cher in Moonstruck? When she slapped Nicolas Cage and said “Snap out of it!” Well, that’s how I feel watching these characters.
