For the flaws, I would suggest getting a camera with geolocation then find a reputable upload service that doesn't allow modification and log the upload date; that could be used as proof in court, the coordinates being in the image, the defender would have a hard time arguing you took a picture of some other location.

13. Too big for a beginner. But with any job get everything in writing. Every little detail. A lot of these property managers have experience with different vendors and are a lot more savvy with how not to pay people. 14. I own a commercial cleaning Company. I inherited it from my husband's family. It been running since 1973. When you bud a job. You need to know your competition rates
    That is where it gets fun. Then you figure out the square ft. And figure out how many times a week or month you will clean it. Then you ad it all together and place your bid.

15. I would use a scrubbing machine in the area where you want to pressure wash. Have two people with two mop bucket mopping up behind you. It how we strip and was floors. It so much easier and faster
