4. Joe do you see my friend? this is the first time I ever saw this video. But in my prior comments it is something like this that I have been warning you about and concerned about. Now my friend be very careful with how you respond and what you say. Don't say anything at all that can be construed as some type of threat. What I find weird is all mail being sent out from inmates is read by deputies prior to going out so if Dave wrote that they would've taken him to suicide watch right there and then.So if somebody really did call in saying this then deputies would've known it wasnt true.Secondly I've seen them go ask an inmate if they're suicidal and if they say no they're left alone.Deputies are lazy,they dont want to do extra work of doing paperwork or having to watch him 24/7.So the version of events you're telling us just dont make sense
