24. The tracker is called StarChase. It’s $5000 to install the launcher, $500 per tracker and $200-1000 a month to access the system. That’s the reason you don’t see them a lot. Most departments are willing to say “ehhhhhh the first $500 tracker bounced off and got run over on the Highway”.
