  1. Why did this guy have a crayon on his driver-side seat among all the weed shavings? Does he use that crayon for something drug-related? Or is it just a coincidence?

  2. I’ve seen this exact same thing happen with a civilian being rear ended by a kid rolling a joint. He never went to jail because he wasn’t smoking or drinking.

  3. I will never understand why people like this insist on smoking weed/being high while driving. You are putting yourself and others at risk as well as having a “high” chance of being arrested.

    Pun intended.
