  1. He took it before lol then when home and took some more so he got really messed up so o the cops couldn’t tell if he was messed up before or after

  2. Old Mercedes, no anti lock breaks or safety lockout for the accelerator. Looks like he chirped the rear wheels in his driveway then when he shot across the street he hit the brakes but the gas pedal was being pushed down as well hence the front tire skid marks in the grass. He let off the brake which also released the accelerator and the cars forward momentum put it through the fence. I believe him when he says the floor mat got jammed. I have had this happen in one of my old Trans Am's but I was able to reach down and yank the mat out before I hit anything. Oh…I think he was loaded regardless. LOL

  3. Smart man…a state trooper once told me if I was ever drunk driving and wrecked, best thing you could do is call ambulance and then be drinking on camera when cops pull up, tell them you're an alcoholic and nerves were shot from the crash. Can't prove when you got drunk

  4. He left the scene, and now it's nearly impossible for the police to prove a DUI. He's a selfish, disgusting, irresponsible, loser, but he's clever.

  5. Oh, you own your own home an have money? Even tho its obvious to anyone you are DUI and could have killed someone, no charges sir.
Now, lets respond to this call of a guy smoking a joint down the road. Lock him up.
