the guy may have been intoxicated but what he said about police is absolutely right. If they can do their thing within the law they will, but if not, then you as their victim will learn what The Rule Of Law freally is all about. Why don’t they use an alcohol test instead of these stupid tests like walking on a line?
Why do cops act so amazed that people don't like them? Do they have an ounce of awareness? lol. You are rarely needed to help or assist people and most encounters with the police are an inconvenience to a ones daily life. Not defending DUIs at all just find it funny when cops think they deserve so much respect.

That one leg thing sucks I was in a car crash and afterwards I have had very bad balance i have failed that completely sober then had to explain to the cop I have very poor balance. And he said he gets alot of people that actually struggle with that one, lucky the breath test showed I was sober and my friend was absolutely trashed.
