Let me tell you as a veterinary technician when places say they are a no- kill shelter they are actually not stating the true facts. They do put a ton of animals down for very very minor reasons. That's how they get away with calling themselves a no-kill shelter.

I don't understand how anyone can abandon their dog, let alone dogs. My Zoey is my best friend. I've moved to different states and I've quit jobs and girlfriends, but I'm not going anywhere without Zoe dog.

Headed to this residence where there’s multiple dawgs, residents had an eviction notice & left the dawgs, animal control will take possession of the dawgs

Who ever had them locked up in very unsanitary conditions with no support or love SHOULD be deported to Venezuela and end up in a Prison. Bottom line, that's animal cruelty and using them as alert hounds for drugs is exploitation.
