  2. 3:23 evaluation of what? and the gun wasnt illegal im assuming thats why you took him in for evaluation because your police response turned out to be unwarranted and you couldn't find charges right? hmmmm

    While the suspect is allegedly armed, and possibly dangerous in this situation…. It just feels like either way a police officer shouldn't be asking such a question, plus the answer being 75% wrong…
