9. Actually the man was in his RIGHTS to do what he did. Now lets put aside the fact of Husky abuse and that obviously he is probably WAY past due and has no legal right to the car…..even though he CLAIMS he JUST sent in a payment. The cop cant just ASSUME the man is lying. Now if the repo man identified himself then this is a DIFFERENT story. But the repo man just appears to have tried to smash and grab the car. Now in HIS defense its probably easier than arguing around with people that CLAIM they paid. But when you come on someone elses property and TAKE property they are at the very least IN CHARGE OF. Yes the bank owns it but they are the caretakers. I dont own my current car but if someone tried to get in it without identifying themselves I would try and stop them. In most FREE states the Castle doctrine protects ppl in such situations. Not sure about this state. You can tell the Cop (and I'm ussually pro Police in these and other vids) is not pro second amendment. EVERY citizen has the right to bear arms and defend their property. The car was sitting on THEIR property.

I had a repo man pull a gun on my 19 year old son,he bought a car from a buy here pay here place,they man drew a pistol said he was a off duty cop,so I shot him in the leg, Because active duty law enforcement is prohibited from doing repos as side work,I was riding with my son the man pulled in behind us and more or less tried car jacking him for the repo

33. He's already asking questions that could incriminate her husband. No thought at all to read her rights. The police disregard our legal & civil rights. This is because he knows there is no consequences for his actions. The violation of our legal and civil rights is a federal crime and in most States it's a crime also but nobody prosecutes them. This should be cause for protest the prosecutor knows he can use illegally obtained evidence as rebuttal evidence at trial and therefore do not prosecute this crime. People should address the real problems
