Why he gotta throw Louisiana under the bus…..
I know it seems strange, but it's ironic that he said he fentanyl. Because I saw a woman react extremely similarly after taking heroin. Some people have a bizarre reaction to strong opiates where 99.9% of Strong opiate users just "Nod off" fall asleep sitting up, mumbling speech, sometimes drooling.
In addition to all the other skills expected of a cop, they gotta be doctors.
