Absolute 💯% amazing officer and amazing husband AND wife! Not sure where they are, what their doing but I hope it all went through and the baby is Absolutely amazing for them.
Lol all the comments talking about how good the cop is when the reason he's not charging him with the heroin is he performed an illegal search of the vehicle and couldn't charge him.
Review: Americans have substance abuse problems. Lots and lots of Americans. Using the CRIMINAL justice system is a FAILURE at helping Americans who are addicts. There are MORE Americans in prison than in any other country in the world, so communities cannot incarcerate their way out of this problem. 'Help' is not handcuffs and impounded cars.

“I’m gonna turn this case over and see if the prosecutor wants there to be a charge for the heroin as well”. Welppp, there goes that right out the window.
When I was a kid people did plenty of dope, but heroin was something most people wouldn't mess with. It ain't the 70's/80's anymore.
