  1. I find this strange that they are being arrested just for walking high. I get that they stole a shopping cart (which they were willing to bring back) but I've seen so many other Live PD clips where they let people walk away drunk or high all the time! If anything they should have been charged with theft not public intoxication or whatever it is they are being charged with….

  2. Didn’t know u could get arrested for being high while walking. Thought u had to be driving or causing a nuisance in public. Learn something new every day I guess.

  3. Tbh they shouldn't have gotten arrested for that. I know the shopping carts weren't the best choice but come on, they weren't doing anything. HOWEVER, lesson learned….if your high/drunk in public….DONT DRAW ATTENTION TO YOURSELF LIKE WALKING WITH SHOPPING CARTS

  4. Can someone please explain this to me?? Public intoxication is a misdemeanor along with the shopping cart, so how are they being arrested with felony charges? Does that mean he charged the girls with possession because they admitted to being high, even though they had nothing on them? He also said their pupils were like pinheads, which is the opposite of what meth does to your eyes… this is so fishy to me

  5. Being under the influence of meth is a felony? Is that what he said? Wow! I had no idea. Hopefully these girls will get some help, and get free from that monster. I call meth a monster because it sinks it's claws into people and won't let them go, until it has destroyed them.

  6. Did someone report a shopping cart missing ? Even if they were high , ask them to put the cart back in the parking lot . Then , suggest to find themselves a ride home !
When , I was their age I got busted for under age drinking . My buddie , left me at a party at a township owned property, So I decided to walk home . Only two miles. A cop pulled up , asked for my i.d. asked where I was going and where I was coming from ? I was totally honest with him . He saw I was under age and told me to get in the car and he'd take me home . I got home and he gave me a citation for ; walking while intoxicated and underage drinking 2 months before turning 21 . Honesty doesn't always you .

  7. Am I the only person that feels sorry for these 2 girls. I know they have chosen the druggie path. But they both seem failely genuine an nice. And in 10 years time there gonna be all strung out on drugs

  8. Is it fair that they get arrested for under the influence instead of getting them some help ? Cop is happy he hung two felony arrests on strung out women . We need to fix our system. This creates a viscous circle . Felonies now make it impossible to get work . This is wrong .
