  1. i always wonder what would happen if the owner of the stolen car, had drugs and stolen guns in there, and the cops thought it belonged to whoever stole it.

  2. All 4 of them fleeing in the same, desolate direction. Genius. If even one of them fled (very carefully) the other direction, it would have made them much harder to catch, splitting up resources.

  3. I am the one that designed the spike strips for each department and each stateand I'm the one that designed most of each every Police department equipment equipment and vehicles I'm the one that designed it
