  1. At 2:05 the camera guy just might have started to gag from the smell. Could just be a suppressed burp, but under the circumstances….

  2. What's the point of calling the police? I guess to get an official record of the damage? Cause this is purely a civil matter, unless she's going to report these folks to CPS because of the child.

  3. The people renting should at least be charged with some kind of vandalism or destruction of property. You have no right to trash a house that you're renting. Hopefully the criminal case got built he spoke about.

  4. Someone moved out of my place and they left a big mess….CALL THE COPS!!!!!!!!!!! You didn't need to call the cops for that lady….

  5. This woman is quite clueless as a landlord. When you rent one of my houses, you sign a legal release which allows me to inspect the house during reasonable hours with 12 hours notice. My eviction is also 2 weeks, not 30 days. I have outside security cameras as well. You must protect valuable property if you want less trouble and maximum future value. I suspect this trailer home isn't very valuable, anyway, and this unfortunate lady won't get anything out of her past renters, who likely have nothing anyway.

  6. And people wonder why its so hard to rent a place in America. No one wants to rent to anyone unless they are top notch. WhAt AbOuT tHe LeSs ThAn AbLe. Well this happens. Background checks and such are needed.

  7. As if suing will get them to pay for the damage …. I don't need to see these people to know they don't have money

  8. The house is literally surrounded with trash and the whole place is a mess and she's acting surprised that the inside is a total dump. C'mon son.

  9. This should be criminal. This shouldn’t be civil because these people likely don’t have money to pay it back. So she can win but never get paid. This is clearly malicious

  10. This is why I will always advocate for landlord rights over tenant rights. Her house is destroyed and she will most likely get no legal or financial recourse from those tenants.
