Actually he did learn his lesson and that is if he is a person of color he will not serve any time for this type of crime and he is free to do it as much and as often as he please. 3 days prior he was arrested for the same thing yet was already out an doing the same thing how can you learn from that…

  2. When he doesn't show up in court over the theft charge, he at least has a good excuse. "Sorry, your honor. I could not make my court appearance because I was in jail for a different theft."

  3. Very easy case for a defense attorney. All they need to show is that the Cop asked him outside. The dude never walked out willingly with with stolen items. Of course he is a scumbag, I'm just saying.
