  1. That is a big reason when I'm responding to an accident scene I block both my lane and half of the emergency lane so people can't do this helps keep everyone safe

  2. I don’t even get the point of using the emergency lane. Traffic is so backed up that they’re just sitting there. Wait until you get close to the exit to move over, but of course it only takes 2-3 idiots using the emergency lane to cause everybody else to.
