  1. ,tomorrow is not guaranteed for anyone, please, repent and believe the gospel of Jesus Christ the Son of God , that he died for your sins , was buried, and that he rose from the dead on the third day and is now alive forevermore and will save you and give you eternal life if you believe the gospel. LOVE ONE ANOTHER. ~ JESUS the Son of God that died on the cross, was buried and rose from the dead on the third day to save you and give you eternal life if believe the gospel of Jesus Christ

  2. I have a hard time having pity for people who have been drinking and driving. To those poor innocent people though, my heart goes out.

  3. My dad was friends with the man who invented the jaws of life. Every time I see them extract someone from a vehicle, I think of dad's friend, even if they don't use the jaws. I can't even fathom how many lives have been saved because of him.

  4. I know the Paramedics themselves don‘t make their protocols, but using a long backboard in 2019 is just ancient malpractice.
Current scientific evidence does NOT suggest any benefits of using a long backboard or cervical collar anymore.
If there are symptoms of spinal injury, the current suggestion is to put the patient onto a vacuum matress and manually stabilize the head. Head blocks work as well.
Please start educating people and start practicing evidence based medicine so you get the best possible outcome for your patient!
I hope the medical director of the shown FD reads this and thinks about it carefully!!

  5. yeah some hospitals in the local area may have a better reputation for different injuries. some may be better for stab wounds while another may be better for vehicle injuries.

  6. The set up that ambulance was spot on! That gerney would have saved my wrist & forearm back in the day!! So I TRULY Appreciate that upgrade in technology!!

  7. Every single one of the Police, Fire, EMS, and the Good Samaritans are all 100% Angels. You do not get thanked enough for what you do, and have to do, as well as what you have to put up with in order to help every one of these people in need. And what incredible TEAM WORK with each other. God Bless you ALL!!!!!!

  8. So, I really hope that medic sent him to "Davis, any way you can get there" because that's either the closest ER or where the surgeon he needs might be, cuz it sure sounds like he gets kickbacks from that hospital to bring patients there. Otherwise, why not just the closest ER as fast as you can?!?

  9. Am I the only one who sees the "extraction" titles and thinks, "no no no… EXTRACTIONS are for dentists… EXTRICATION is for Firefighters…"

Or is extraction like the West Coast version?
