  1. Oh my God I don't know how I got here but I was about that age and we lived in an apartment complex and my mother couldn't find me but yet there was face down in the pool firefighter that lived close to us had ran up grabbed me out of the water and resuscitated me till I started breathing again and this episode I don't know if I can watch it but all I can say is thank you thank you to all your firefighters and first responders who help and assist and save people. I wish I could meet the guy who saved my life I couldn't thank him enough

  2. Day need to do some test keep her overnight in the hospital change into a hospital gown day need to fix the room get the hospital gown ready for her day need to draw a blood to put a iv on her arm

  3. It's not dry drowning. It's called secondary or delayed drowning. Dry drowning is dry. No water has entered the lungs due to the upper airway spasms. Delayed drowning can happen up to 72 hours later. This is due to water reaching the lungs leading to inflammation and edema.

  4. Stop sending kids to the pool to watch the other little kids! I work at a complex and have had 3 year olds in the pool by themselves and the parents are no where to be found and the kids they are with are not watching them. Why because they are kids and kids want to play at the pool not babysit.

  5. Poor momma bear- she was trying to keep it together for her baby girl but you could see she was so scared for her baby- you got her momma!!

  6. This kind of call for EMS Is the most frustrating & heartbreaking at the same time!! #!.TEACH UR CHILDREN TOO SWIM AT AN EARLY AGE!
#2 PUT EVERY BARRIER IMAGINABLE BETWEEN CHILDREN & YOUR POOL!#3 EVERY POOL NEEDS A FENCE!!!
#4 NEVER LEAVE ANY KIND OF WATER OUT IF ITS NOT CUP, WITH A YOUNG CHILD! THEY CAN DROW IN 2 INCHES OF FLUID N A BUCKET
#5 NEVER EVER WALK AWAY FROM A CHILD IN WATER OR AROUND WATER! NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THEN UR CHILDREN!!
#6 WHEN UR TASK IS WATCHING CHILD/ CHILDREN IN WATER DONT GET DISTRACTED!!**DON'T TAKE UR EYES OFF THAT POOL OR TUB!! **
EVERY CALL WE GO ON LIKE THIS, WE HER THE ADULT WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO BE WATCHING THAT CHILD SAY " I ONLY TURNED AROUND,OR WALKED AWAY ,GLANCED AWAY FOR A SECOND!!!"
These Calls Always Left Me Angry! There are only 3 outcomes for they live, They Die, Or They are left in a vegetative state!! They will Never Bounce Back from!!
Someone Is ALWAYS AT FAULT!! Children Should Not Be Watching Children in The Pool!! They can be easily distracted and if you take ANYTHING Out to that poo including a cell phone, l I PROMISE YOU, U Will Too! Young Kid's Water do Not Mix So If U Add ANY KIND OF DISTRACTION TO THE MIX CHANCES ARE TOO HIGH THAT EVENTUALLY A CHILD WILL DROWN IN YOUR CARE!! SO U BETTER KNOW HOW TO SWIM & DO CHILD & INFANT CPR!!
REMEMBER IT ONLY TAKES A SECOND!!

  7. A similar thing has happened to be when i was 14. I was at the pool for swim lessons and I had to go underwater to get to the other side of the lane line… I hit my head on the line and when i did that I accidentally uncovered my nose and open my mouth. When i got up i could feel fluid in my lungs like it felt heavy. I was nauseous but i didn't throw up. I just coughed a lot.

  8. Dry drowning is very serious. Good job mommy!!!. If you have kids and a pool, look up the symptoms. It can get really serious really fast.

  9. Move with a sense of urgency! This really frustrates me… no matter the severity of the call, they need to move like seconds matter!!👏🏾
