   It is simply the impression she gives me.
   She cares about her patient and her team deeply. Her family most feel loved by her.

9. This woman has such compassion and understanding… no judgment or annoyance in her voice. These are the people we should emulate.

13. I can REALLY appreciate how kind and gentle and understanding that paramedic is being. I've had psych episodes before and needed to be transported and honestly sometimes they just treat you like you're wasting their time. Which doesn't help. This lady was wonderful though

42. I love the compassion in her voice.. you know there’s people who play like they have empathy and it comes across condescending but she seemed genuine. Everyone has their own life to live not everyone can do her job.
