7. Wouldn't those masks defeat the whole purpose of wearing masks for Covid because they have exhalation valves? The whole things about wearing masks is to make sure YOU don't spread anything.

   But I guess these guys might be checked regularly and not everyone they deal with is going to wear a mask so respirators might be a better option.
