No way that's LSD. LSD in powdered form is NEVER sold for usage on the streets. The only reason I'd say there would be powdered LSD is if it's from a lab and it's about to get laid on some blotters, dissolved in some ethanol first. That is probably some kind of dissociative, not LSD, nor cocaine.
