You don't cause a crash like this just by accidentally rear ending someone. The guy was quick to excuse why he was obviously speeding not concerned about anyone else. Hopefully he's prosecuted.

First responders are worth more annually per capita than any 10 politicians and should be paid accordingly. This includes ambulance and police as well.
