  36. I love the people and compassion for others that my city has…. Guy said, "I'm number 1" and he said, "you are number 1. Nobody said you weren't number 1" whereas in Colorado where I live, they would've sedated him, put him in the mental ward, and have him so doped up on drugs, they would move him unknowingly to a complete lock down nut house! And good luck getting out! You know, all people say "I'm not crazy and don't belong in here" . But this state has the power to hold you no matter what. I almost ended up in a nut house cause I went to the ER for a domestic violence case & they put me in the crazy unit "to get some privacy" and really put on my paperwork I was suicidal & doctors orders to be sent to a loony bin! I'm telling these people, "I don't belong here wtf" they wrote I was suicidal when they told me they were giving me a quit room to call and work with the victims advocate!!!! Once they found out and called my private psychiatrist, they had to let me go cause my doctor said, "she's never been suicidal, in fact she's doing better than ever, just a little depression". So my discharge papers said I was seen for " suicide" but discharged as "depressed". They had to put something down to get paid by my insurance!!!!!! WHAT A SHAME!!!! I MISS MY CITY SO BAD!
