  1. Bags get lost constantly. Heck somebody could easily take your bag by mistake from the carousel. Should have did it as a carry on.
Sorry for the little boy, hope he gets better and that he enjoyed his Disney land trip.

  2. THESE JOBS GOING TO STICK WITH EACH OTHER THEY HAVE TO WORK WITH EACH OTHER ALL DAY THEY WILL ACT LIKE THERE CONCERNED BUT REALLY DONT GIVE A DAM IT IS WHAT IT IS

  3. These people are the most naive people ever. What do you think happens to your luggage? If it’s that fragile and important take it on the plane with you, or have it in a hard case.

  4. I get where they’re coming from, but it’s not like the bag has a sign that says “there are dialysis meds in here.” It doesn’t even have a fragile tag! Yet they’re upset with the baggage handlers 🤦‍♂️

  5. That is not acceptable to just toss that bag onto the belt like that! Especially since it was carrying fragile medical gear! If it had something on it to let the ramp agents know that there were fragile items inside, they should have placed it gently but quickly onto the belt. They are all lucky that boy's medical gear was not damaged!

  6. They have failed as parents, what a shame. You really going to check a bag with your son’s medical equipment??? Really??? Idiots!!!

And to top it off, the checked bag was not ever a hard case. Don’t they know how many bags will be piled on top of it??? CARRY ON!!!! Idiots!!

  7. “ITS FRAGILE PRECIOUS CARGO!!”

    Duffel Bag: $4.99 from Walmart

maybe spend the money for luggage with full protection and more fragile stickers in a bright colour …. Instead of peering through the window accusing people of mishandling your son’s precious machine

  8. “ITS FRAGILE PRECIOUS CARGO!!”
    Bag: $6.99 bag from Walmart

maybe spend the money for luggage with full protection and more fragile stickers in a bright colour …. Instead of peering through the window accusing people of mishandling your son’s precious machine

  9. If it was so fragile, it was poorly labelled. I would have had fragile tape all over it. Not to mention I would have carried it on. I've been on medical missions trips with equipment and airlines make exceptions for stuff like that. There is usually extra room in the crew storage that is used for just situations like this.

  10. No fragile sticker. Put one on parents heads. Carry dialysis machine and notify airline that it's a medical machine… this people are stupid and asking for trouble.

  11. If their luggage contained such a fragile medical equipment, they should have shipped it in more substantial piece of luggage or hand carried it onto the plane.

  12. I understand the parents concern. But there was no fragile sign on the bag at all. So it really wasn't the workers fault. He don't know what is in any of those bags and suitcases. The bag the parents had should have had a big sign saying "Life saving medical equipment. Please handle with care." Or if the airline let them carry it on the plane that would have been even better.
