@RichardOhKaNoi Do you have dense urban development downtown or do you have lots of big parking lots? There are some places in the U.S. where what you're referring to just isn't possible and it doesn't really have anything to do with good government. It mostly has to do with history and historic preservation.

i live in tampa florida and we dont have these parking problems even down town because our city leaders saw to it that there were enough parking spaces for all of the people and for the future now thats good city government,
