Seems like the couple have been stalking the business and knew for sure that the delivery trick would be coming soon and knew that the owner will be alone by herself or low staff. This guys are pros at what they do. First the got her to trust them allowing her guard down. Couple then separated inside the store to distract the owner.
Now to the Finicial benefit side of the story.
