I'm sorry but that took way too long…. 90 minutes… I understand safety and protocols but they could have sent a line and harness down I get him to jump out, better then going down….
When the driver was in harness and he was still inside the truck cab. And that cab fell off driver would’ve falling with and the insides of driver hanging there in ropes.
