One of the must underrated actors in the world
looks like he got the bear today
and he won it playing a role that I will remain convinced no matter what was written with Ian McShane specifically in mind.
Timothy Olyphant said in praise of Sam Elliot, and i paraphrase "I was just lucky, Elliots the real deal if he was here before me he would be Raylan Givens."
Theres a handful of people who Raylan not only respected, but also feared. Markham was one of them, his boy Boone was also one of them, and one of the very few who were just as fast on the draw. The jury is still out on Ice Pick Paul as Raylan outplayed him instead pulling the tablecloth away, but going for the gun Raylan wouldve been played so i guess well never know.
