  1. Until you know the facts of what happened in the home life of this kid and the two toddlers, there isn't a way to say if the sentence was deserved or not. It is a game of if's at this point. If this happened or if this was true…without the facts there isn't a way to draw an accurate conclusion.

  2. Damn that's fucked up. I'd like to know the whole story, but generally speaking i think kids should get a second chance with a serious mental health program if the case calls for it.
In this case is need to hear more info before i could decide though. If he was being abused i might feelsome sympathy, might

  3. THAT GUY NEEDS TO BE FUCKIN DISMEMBERED WHILE HES STILL CLINGING TO WHATEVER WORTHLESS LIFE HE HAS LEFT AND PISSED AND SHIT ON AS HE DIES. SO NO, HE DOES NOT DESERVE A SECOND CHANCE. ONE BULLET IS TOO EASY FOR HIM. LETS MAKE HIM HURT FOR A WHILE

  4. This is a very tricky case.
I think you're right that some charges are just so bad that you can't help but feel like they should die in prison. But at the same time you have to ask yourself: what are we trying to do here? What is the purpouse of a prison system? Should we use prisons to keep people from commiting or repeating crimes or to simply lock away bad people that we don't want on the street. I do think that there are people out there who we'll never be able to rehabilitate, they're just to messed up and they will never feel any remorse for what they've done. But the question is: who decides that? The reason for why murders carry such a heavy sentence is because we all agree that a life is worth so much that taking it is a very serious offence. But then we have to recognize that the offenders life is equally valueable. I think that they boy should get a heavy sentence, but not 100 years. He should at least be able to reconnect with the world when he's a lot older (if he's deemed safe to release), but we should also work in actively in making sure that everyone who goes to prison comes out as a better person. I think that would change the end result a lot.

  5. I'm one of the most empathetic people in the world and I say smoke dem boots. After the first 50 we can have this conversation again but I don't see this individual as a functional member of society ever. I actually hope I am wrong but smoke dem boots 👢 🚬
