We MUST DO SOMETHING FOR OUR SISTERS THIS IS INHUMANE NOT TO HAVE ACCESS TO WATER AND A TOILET…I KNOW WHAT IT IS LIKE TO DO TIME AND I HAVE A BAD STOMACH I AND NEED TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE TOILET AT ANY TIME I HAVE TO ….I DON'T HAVE A NORMAL STOMACH CUZ OF SERGERY AND I MUST HAVE A PLACE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM ..IM SO FUCKED UPSET TO HEAR THIS IT PUTS ME RIGHT BACK IN THERE WITH THEM…WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING OR HOLY HELL WILL BREAK OUT AND WOMAN ARE RAGE QUEENS DOES THIS HAVE TO HAPPEN TO GET SOME HELP ..THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS….set up something …we must flood this issue now! A little love would help.
Us ex cons could fix this in a second! Safety 1st and set up more thing to do safely so there not stuck in a cement cemetery..
Call your local rep & leave messages, get everyone you know to call. Be certain to stress no hostility or vulgarity, it's counterproductive. But enough people calling could help.
I personally skip contacting DOC etc, go to news and get it nationwide and trust me there will be change. Or heck Kim Kardashian lol. Im sure she has connections.

those greivances theyre just going to wipe their asses with. thats why you gotta get it live. some times you dont want to catch a new charge. but some times you gotta riot. you have to fight for the next man or woman. thats the convict code. that grievance theyre going to bring your to the LT's. theyre going to flex on you and ask if you reallly want to file that grievance. your gonna get beat and go to the hole if you decide you want to and catch a new one anyways with what ever fairy tale they spin on you. its sad but we all know thats the truth. especially with it being lock down. theres no civilians around. the cos have their own back. not yours. so its your word vs theirs when they say that banger they "found" is infact yours and not something they planted.

Golly bum Joe! I got a neighbor who looks almost exactly like Shannon , even the same body language and a similar voice and vocabulary. Its a small world man. Also it doesn't matter what those girls did these private prisons dont get to treat them lke animals! They are human beings and they matter!

I was locked up in VA for 6 days driving thru on our way to florida and when we got pulled over and the saw NY id's it was a wrap! Never in my life have i ever been treated so inhumane. And I've spent 4 days in rikers so that says a lot. I know i hate VA
