First and foremost, thank you all for the warm welcome back. I had no idea I would be welcomed back in such an awesome way as so many of you have through so many comments offering kind words, advice, and encouragement. I truly appreciate all of that. Aside from thanking all of you in this video, I also share with you a few stories of what’s been going on with my painting business. And ironically, I actually have quite a bit of work today. Which is a welcome change that we haven’t seen in about three months. Not sure if things are improving business wise or if this was just a lucky day work wise. Regardless, I bring you along with me today. And I hope you enjoy the video. Thank you for taking the time. And have a great day!

  10. I used to work with property managers all the time. They are bottom of the barrel feeders and low life as far as I am concerned. Always want a lot for nothing and pass the buck. If you complain they get rid of you. If your the cheapest you last. If possible get plugged into an owner and work your butt off for them. They do not want new people all the time. They want a working relationship, not just a piece of meat until something better comes along.

  12. In the Netherlands when you rent a place, most of the time the tenant has to paint. So we can either leave it all white or a very light color or take everything off if we used wallpaper. The home owners don't care what we do with the place while we live in it.

  15. As a business owner of over 30 years, please listen! Never allow anyone to treat you like trash! The money isn't worth it regardless of how hard you're struggling, and most of the time, if you are firm in the very beginning, it won't happen.

  16. Buddy go up on prices for properties that just use you when they cant get someone with the understanding prices go to norm with a contract to do them all.
