13. Thank you, for the advice on saving your breakfast for lunch, and lunch for dinner, and dinner for snack. That was very educational. And on that note, I would say toothpaste, which I use that same exact kind by the way, would be the worst thing to eat in prison.

14. Every time you mention prison cake makes me think of jail and putting my piece of cake with white milk in the milk container mix it up with the frosting building on top loved it I tried to do it when I got home but it didn't taste the same so never did it again

16. I've done the sugar heck I use to do it when small, I eaten the noodles dried like if crackers bc we would take the seasoning for cooking I wasn't throwing out the noodle man listen…lol

23. How the fuck can you be so okay with such blatant human rights abuses? I get advocating for people to not get locked up, but how about actially pushing for reforms? This is such a sick, fucked up, vindictive system and it shouldn't be allowed to exist in this form. You're a strong person, Joe. I don't see how you haven't gone full serial killer/terrorist after being traumatized like that. I'd be ready to just start killing as many cops as possible and make it into a game, what killstreak can I get before I die? Personally your videos have led me to the conclusion that I would rather take death over prison. Let me die with my humanity and dignity intact. I'll be sure to start a shootout if they want me because they're not taking me alive. Fuck the US government and the injustice system. I would sooner light my own ass up with a suicide vest and take the pigs down with me in a fireball.

When I was in hospital for over four months back in 2003, most of that time I was on clear liquids at the most, and I was so sick of jello, that I could not even LOOK at a jello cup or eat any for almost five years. Yes, it took FIVE years before I would stand jello again. I know what it's like to be that hungry when you go four months with no solid food if any at all.

34. When I was in the hole I would actually the the sugar pack wrapper and all cause it felt more like an actual snack than just straight up sugar

36. Just eat nothing for some days not a problem , just drink enough . I did eat nothing for a week , just make sure u drink enough
