    Joe knowing very little if anything about house flipping dove feet first into the flipping game. Took his lumps and criticism like a man most of the time. It took a couple debacles for him to finally figure out he needed to show face every day to make sure people were doing the job he was paying them to do plus watching and learn all the different processes involved in flipping houses. He finally stop being daddy fat pockets and got his damn hands dirt. That is point were he started gaining more of my respect. I'm sure everyone realizes now this house flip wasn't a little feat. When you start digging around in those old wooden house before you know it you've dug yourself a deep ass hole to get out off. You have to find a point were you say that's enough and start your ascent out the hole you've dug. The floors in this house were a perfect example.
    So Joe give yourself a pat on the back for leading your team up and out of that hole with a couple setback but you fucking did it. That's awesome. I'm happy for you. We'll see how you apply what you've learned and how you use those new tools.. Another thing I've realized I haven't seen any Code inspectors
