  1. I remember going out side for the first time in 2-1/2 yrs on the road crew to work and just the wind blowing the smell of fresh cut grass and the birds chirping!! I had a panic attack! It was like a over load of emotion.

  2. Been home since '09 and it took me YEARS to get over the habit of eating fast, since they used to rush us so much in the chow hall.
And sometimes it still kinda feels weird to use a real knife. I've caught myself getting ready to prep some food with a bent can top.

  3. Got locked up when I was a kid. The only habit I brought out with me was having to ask to stand up. You weren’t even allowed to get up for water without permission because if you did they’d assume you were about to jump somebody.

  4. Bruhhhh I've made a mistake shaving several times and just had to cut it all off. Shit is the worst it sucksssss. You look fine tho Joe looks good matter fact my guy

  5. Bruh drowning my soups in jalapeño cheese squeeze, never did that before getting locked up cuz you know soups weren’t all that important but man oh man them state trays are tragedy incarnate, I’d mix all kinds of shit with my soups but my favorite gotta be the cheese squeeze

  6. Jay Williams was talking about APS and you and I wanted to share this with both you: Glad you finally recognized Joe and APS! Your topics, not all, have been done before by Joe. I like both your styles and you both tell stories in ways where they will turn the TV OFF, just to listen to you talk. It is a lost art and reminds me of listening to my grandfather! Joe has a huge heart and I think you are starting to put down your guard a little and try to really care about other people!

  7. 7h45 every morning i woke up,
I have to lock all doors
I cant be really in public,i almost got a beef every time
The only way to feel good its stay home
We speak different act different, and we can reconize a 5/0 anytime, and they reconize us lol
I did 10 year in maximum security in canada

  8. It's a survival tactic if you did not speak that way before…Because if you don't peole will be looking at you as if you think you are something better…Could end badly…Education is not valued among prisioners

  9. When I got out and went to the weed dispensery, I spread my arms to get patted down and they don't do that. They looked at me like I was crazy I got so embarrassed lmao

  10. I'm making this comment before getting through his list, but.. the hardest habit for me to break was the schedule of waking up. I woke up at 4:00 in the morning everyday for the longest time, and wanted to eat breakfast around 5:00 in the morning. While also wanting to eat dinner at 5:30 or 6:00. I used to refer to it as the early bird special.
