  2. All of these things will vary from state to state. Each state has its own sets of laws. Granted the federal government trumps everything, and something like gun charges are federal, the ATF is a federal jurisdiction. But you can still get a gun charge within the state. It’s pretty complicated because it goes by states, or if the Feds picked it up, if so long has passed, ect.

  5. i was in 6th grade and right now i will confirm, the atf dont mess around. 6 men armed with m4a1s just staring me down with lasers on my chest and arms, one on my head.

  6. Felons can in fact own a compound bow. But that’s it lol. Unless you got yourself a really good lawyer and depending on yo charges and history of free time without incidents you might be able to get your record expunged.

  8. The irony of Felons not being able to run for public office being that all of them are felons that just haven't been caught yet lol. 😀 Also just being stupid but you should have tried to join the Marines, I have been told that they have no problems "Straightening" out Troubled young men.

  10. I received my degree after getting out of prison! I got Fed loans and Pell Grant's! Thank god I never could have completed my degree without it.

  14. I was grocery shopping today… and I checked the prices of a ramen noodle soup at the store… 25 cents! 4 for a dollar! in the pen its 3 for a dollar! daaaaamn I didnt know I had it so good! I bought a 6 pack! lol

  21. I figured it out. Prison is extra school for the bad kids, like detention but with no rights at all. I couldn't imagine being in a confined scary space with all girls. Geez

  22. I never spent more than a few nights in jail for trafic tickets but I just happen to live in a place surrounded by guys who are ex cons. They are all very quiet.

  25. I actually got federal student aid and I've got not 1 but 3 drug related felonies I've served time on and 1 other I didn't. So 4 drug charges ill grant you the last is 6 years old now and the first is 14 years old, but still. I've never actually applied for food stamps or anything like that in my state so I have no idea on that

  28. My dad was a 3 striker here in AZ. Caught his 3rd right after they enacted the 3 strikes law. He has been out of prison since 2002, hasn't had so much as a speeding ticket, and actually had his rights restored last year. He was able to vote in the last election, and now owns (legally) around 12 firearms. It's amazing. You're an amazing person Joe, and I truly enjoy watching your channel. Keep up the good work boss.
