This week has been super hectic with the fact that all of my cleaners for the AfterPrisonShow cleaning company quit or I have fired. And I’ve spent this week having to hire new people who actually WANT TO WORK. Not to mention overseeing all the jobs we have and making sure that they are getting done. With that, I have been able to hire Rabbit full time as well as some other awesome new people. But I’ve got a new gameplan… I’m getting ready to hire all people who are fresh home after prison. And turn this company into a very RECORD FRIENDLY CLEANING SERVICE! Hope you enjoy!

I would give anything to be able to sit in front of the camera and clout chase off of R. Kelly this week. However, the AfterPrisonShow cleaning service hit a major bump in the road when all of my employees quit pretty much on the same day. With that, I've spent this past week in the field. Hiring new people and making sure our work is getting done. I've also been able to hire Rabbit full time. And two other awesome folks. And I plan to employ even more people but only if they meet the new criteria…

If all your employees quit then you need to re-evaluate what the issue is. It has to be more than it’s a physical job because people need to work.
I have a.criminal record ..ive also been on the right track for 6 years.. It hasnt been an easy road what so ever ..one day i hope to get to tell ypu my story joe .. I cry an awful lot watchin the rise of these deseving men get a second chance at life.. And watching them run with it rabbit and danny touched my soul so much ive had that pain in my eyes ive felt that pain ..but watching them grow my gosh its glorious..ty so much joe for seeing the want, Need and disire that these gentlemen have to do the right thing .. You and Rabbit are the kind of guys I would love to work with. I can't stand being around people who can't see the positive side to anything. Rabbit see the whole thing as a positive. He enjoyed being outside, he enjoyed being able to do work. He enjoyed being with friends. He didn't look at the mess that he had to clean and scoff at it. I wish more people were like you all.

Are you paying them enough because for me it was the pay . Dude wanted me cleaning 4 to 5 bedroom houses alone for 15 dollars for whole house like. Hell yeah I'm gonna quit. Sorry. I felt terrible to because he had just opened the business but I was promised to never have to clean them alone. I was the last employee to stick by their side them after everything I did for them they acted crazy making me turn everything in a police dept like seriously. It was insane never work for tru blue in Cincinnati Ohio. True-blue might be fine but bot here lol
