14. it is true that holding gas for extended d time can do damage to your body long term, but you wont implode, though you will be in major pain. its not healthy to hold it fora long time. but short time frames is okay.

16. I remember seeing people backing up to the tray hole in the cell door letting them fly, I thought it was crazy and funny as shit Thank God that is not part of my life any more early 90s fairfax jail

17. similar rules, to group home / foster home, back it up to the door, if everyone is in for curfew; open the window if you have one that is operable, sit on YOUR OWN bed, no one else's, but YOUR bed, press that butt down firm into that mattress or pillow and do it; and dont your dare even think about getting up or moving, or shifting , or leaning, for at least 5 minutes.

27. When I was back in prison, not jail, in the late 80s early 90s, the food was really good. Also we could wear jewelry, makeup and our own clothes.
