At this point I feel like I have failed with this cleaning company venture. Yesterday and this entire past week it has been one thing after another, and yesterday was my breaking point. It might be time to accept failure and throw in the towel. Crazy thing is that big job I bid starts Monday. Might be my last job with this company.

I know this is old HOWEVER the Manager should have walked those units before they released your people from each unit. Corporate office should have never seen the mistakes. I personally walk every unit or every home (I manage mobile homes too + apts) before I allow the vendors to move on to the next. My boss from corporate will never see an error. That reflects on me as well. I'd fix and I have before I allowed that to happen. Even if I had to reclean myself. I may deduct it from your invoice but my corp wouldn't have seen it. But firstly – you should have been notified and given the opportunity to fix it before anything else.
