Oh look, another cop who doesn't know the law and wants to bully others.
Also even though they assembled it there is no way they were able to fully service a hydraulic system fully bleed it out prior to that customer getting there and get it refueled because in order to transport it would have to be defueled with no fuel in it and all power has to be removed from the system
You can tell that thing wasn't really running because you would not be able to stand directly behind the exhaust that close while it's running

And there ain't no negotiating the price for moving location to delivery. There damage file an insurance claim
