Custom LED Light Bar Build (Part 1 “Project Night Light”)

Join me in building a custom LED light bar mount for my truck. I start with a drawing and some pieces of metal and make it into a fully functional rig to hold my 42in LED Light Bar. The rack consists of bed rails, a headache rack, and a roof rack, all-in-one, to hold the light bar. I use 1.5in .083 wall square tubing, a 90amp harbor freight flux welder, a grinder, and a cutoff wheel to get the job done.

  1. imagine cars made of gallium bro imagine right u go park your car to have dinner and u come back to see your car all melted loooooolllllllllllll

  2. Hey guys, ChrisFix here. Today, we'll

    be working on Project Nightlight.

Now what is Project Nightlight and

why do I have all this metal out here?

And why do I have a huge 42 inch LED light bar?

Well, Project Nightlight is going to be installing

the LED light bar on top of my truck.

I'm going to use the factory post holes in the

bed, make some bed rails, a headache rack,

and then a little bit of an overhang for a slight roof rack.

  3. Good video but just a small preference:
I would have measured the tubing for cuts so they were both exactly 5.5cm above the bed. I'm a millwright by trade so being anal with measurements is in my blood
